Beho Beho - Tanzania

Beho Beho was the first camp in The Selous Game Reserve, cleverly sited in the hills, near to Lake Tagalala and Selous`s Grave, enjoying cooling breezes not found along the banks of the Rufiji.

For many years Beho Beho has been almost a private camp, its delights jealously guarded by an owner who loved The Selous, loved Tanzania and loved Africa and this became his own private piece of some of the finest Africa one is likely to find.

Eight private stone built cottages, a delightful swimming pool, hippo look outs, its own private airstrip - all situated in an area of spectacular diversity creating some of the best game drives, walks and lake excursions in the Selous.
