The handling of consumer and trade inquiries from the UK, Ireland and
Scandinavia is a key activity of South African Tourism`s London office.
The tourist office also exhibits at major consumer and travel industry
fairs as well as organising seminars and workshops. A travel guide,
called the South Africa Factfiler, is published annually. Packed with
tourist information about the destination, it is sent, free of charge,
in response to consumer inquiries as well as to travel agents. Some 30
fact sheets and information flyers are also available.
