Serengeti Balloon Safaris - Tanzania

SERENGETI BALLOON SAFARIS are based in the world famous Serengeti National Park, Tanzania and have been operating for over twenty years. We fly every day of the year launching balloons from our two bases (central Serengeti and Western Corridor of Serengeti). As the sun rises over the Serengeti Plains, so our balloons and enthralled passengers rise to float gently over some of the most amazing scenery and wildlife in the world.

The average flight duration is one hour. Some of the flight may be at treetop height affording wonderful views of the animals below. At other times, we climb to 1000' or above to see the huge panorama of Serengeti. Eventually we land and celebrate with a traditional champagne (well - an excellent sparkling wine) toast. We then sit down to a special 'Out of Africa' style breakfast prepared in the bush and served under a nearby acacia tree before transferring passengers back to meet their tour guides at the rendezvous point.
