Africa House Safaris - Kenya

Africa House is a unique safari company privately owned and run by David Sugden. We specialise in designing and guiding exceptional private safaris. We primarily operate in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia because you will not find as spectacular a variety of wildlife, landscape and culture anywhere else in Africa.

Our knowledge of Africa is based on over thirty-five years exploring its interior, living amongst its people and enjoying its wildlife. Our credentials speak for themselves
What sets us apart from our competition is that we are not selling you a product off the shelf. We are inviting you to join us as our guest, to share our discoveries, visit our friends and enjoy a privileged insight into an Africa that is rarely experienced

Every safari we create with passion and flair and will be as individual as you are. You can relax completely in the knowledge that every last detail of your African adventure has been taken care of and that you are in safe, expert hands.

Based in the very heart of Africa we are ready to move with the latest regional news. Perhaps the wildebeest migration has taken an uncharacteristic detour or the sailfish are running the coast early, we will adapt your itinerary to make sure you get the maximum out of your visit.

Africa Albida Tourism - Zimbabwe

Africa Albida Tourism is a hospitality group with hotels, lodges and restaurants in Southern Africa’s foremost tourist destinations, with the well-established Victoria Falls Safari Lodge as its flagship property.

Its operations are characterised by their prime locations and an untiring quest for quality in every aspect of product delivery.  Other properties include the luxury self-catering Lokuthula Lodges (Victoria Falls)and Ngoma Safari Lodge (Chobe, Botswana).

The Boma – Place Eating and the deluxe MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort make up the group’s restaurant division.

Still under development, Santonga Eco-park is AAT's pioneering park venture in Victoria Falls. It is a mind-blowing fusion of an interactive multi-faceted wildlife park, history, education and entertainment all in one, and aims to bring to life the history of Victoria Falls since the beginning of time.

Africa Albida Tourism takes its name from the well-known Acacia Albida (or apple-ring) tree.  Widespread in semi-arid Africa, the Acacia Albida is a large, adaptable tree dominating its landscape.  It is held as sacred in many parts of Africa for its life-supporting and enriching characteristics.

The group’s logo represents stability, nurturing and prosperity, and above all AAT’s ethic of being a fair, principled and responsible player in its physical, social and business spheres of influence.  AAT operations are underpinned by principles of utmost respect for the communities and environments in which it operates, and fostering a spirit of mutually beneficial partnership with all stakeholders.

It aims to create opportunities to sustainably utilise natural resources, create employment and enhance living standards, as well as to share a passion for Africa’s treasures; her culture, wildlife and immense physical beauty.
